Whether you’re actively dating, swiping left or right on apps, in a relationship, or a friend or family member to few or many, you likely experience difficulties in these relationships. You may experience issues such as low self-esteem, codependency, attachment trauma, domestic violence, childhood or partner abuse, or impatience with yourself, others and how media affects how we view successful relationships. At the end of the day, we all want to be loved, seen, heard, and cared for. So, when we have issues in our relationships, we feel detached, unlovable, angry, sad, and likely frustrated and confused. There are so many aspects to building healthy relationships, however, it all starts with what you can control, that control being you.
